For owners who spend more time running the shop than working in the bays.

Your marketing makes the phone ring. Make sure it gets answered.

Anna is a virtual receptionist for auto repair shops. She covers the calls your counter can’t get to: the morning rush, lunch, the day your advisor is out, and every night after you close. She asks the same questions every time, and you get every call in your inbox.

Keep your shop’s number. Works alongside your team, not instead of them.

Overflow call answering for repair shops

Your phones don’t break down all day. They break down at the same four times.

You probably have a good advisor. The trouble is that one person can’t be on the phone, at the counter and in the bay at the same moment, and nobody’s there in the evening.

  • 7:30 AM

    The opening rush

Drop-offs at the counter, keys on the board, and the phone ringing over all of it.

  • 12:00 PM

    Lunch

Someone has to eat. The calls don’t stop because they did.

  • Any day

    Someone’s out

One sick day and the whole front counter rests on whoever is left, often you.

  • After close

    Evenings and weekends

That’s when people finally have time to call about the noise they’ve been ignoring.

And when someone does grab the phone in a hurry, the caller gets a different shop depending on who picked up.

AI receptionist for auto repair shops

One way of answering, every shift.

You set Anna up once with your hours, your services, your greeting and your tow number. After that, every caller gets the same friendly, complete intake in English or Spanish, whether it’s Monday morning or Saturday night.

  • The same questions every time

Name, best number, year, make and model, what the car is doing, and when they want to come in. No more notes that depend on who answered.

  • Your shop’s voice

She answers with your greeting and knows the services you do and the questions your callers always ask.

  • Tow calls go to your driver

Give Anna your tow number and she forwards weekend tow calls straight there. Everything else gets handled and written up.

  • Requests, not surprises

Anna takes down the day and time a caller wants. Your team confirms it, so nothing lands on the schedule the shop can’t handle.

  • No prices, no guesses

She never quotes a price or diagnoses a car over the phone. That conversation stays with your advisors.

  • Honest with your customers

If a caller asks, Anna says she’s an AI receptionist for your shop. Your reputation stays intact.

A record of every call

You can read exactly what was said.

Every call Anna takes comes to you as an email: a summary on top and the full transcript below. It’s the easiest way to know how your shop sounds when you’re not there.

  • Your advisor calls back with the car and the concern already in hand.
  • You can check any call, any time, without listening to hold music.
  • Booking straight into your shop software is on the way. Until then your team adds the appointment the way it does today.

Your team

Anna doesn’t replace your advisors. She protects their time.

The calls that need judgment, trust and a good explanation stay with your people. Anna takes the overflow and the after-hours calls, so the person at your counter can finish the estimate, make the approval call and look the customer in front of them in the eye.

  • For your advisors

    Fewer interruptions, better callbacks.

When they call someone back, they already know the car, the concern and when the customer wants to come in.

  • For your techs

The customer’s own words on the RO.

Work arrives with the caller’s description of the problem instead of “customer called about car,” and nobody puts down a wrench to answer the phone.

Your numbers, not ours

What is the phone leaking every month?

Pull last week’s call log from your phone system and count the calls nobody answered. Put in your own numbers. The example values only show how the math works.

Questions shop owners ask

Straight answers.

Will my advisors see this as a threat?
Anna takes the calls nobody can get to and the ones after close. Your advisors keep estimates, approvals and every conversation that needs judgment. Most of what she hands them is a ready-to-go callback.
What if Anna gets a call she can’t handle?
She takes a message and emails it to you, and tow calls go straight to your tow number. She doesn’t promise prices, diagnoses or appointment times, so there’s nothing for your team to walk back. And you can read the transcript of every call.
Does it connect to Mitchell1, Tekmetric or my shop software?
Not yet. Today Anna emails your team a summary and transcript, and they add the appointment the way they do now. A direct connection to your shop software is coming with our Custom integrations plan.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You forward your existing number to Anna when nobody picks up, after hours, or both.
How long does setup take?
It’s short. You answer a few questions about your shop: hours, services, greeting and tow number. We build Anna from that, then you turn on call forwarding with your phone company, and we walk you through it.
Will my customers know it’s an AI?
If they ask, yes. Anna tells them she’s an AI receptionist for your shop.
Does Anna speak Spanish?
Yes. When a caller speaks Spanish, Anna carries on the call in Spanish, so those customers get the same complete intake as everyone else.
What’s the agreement?
A 13-month agreement, billed monthly.

Every caller gets your shop at its best.

Tell Anna about your shop and we’ll take it from there. After a short setup, she’s answering your calls.
