Independent shops lose real work at the phone. The front desk is one person who is also writing repair orders, taking parts calls and talking to the customer standing at the counter. The call that goes to voicemail is usually a car that went down the street.
The existing options either belong to a competing shop-management platform you would have to switch to, or claim a Mitchell1 “sync” they cannot document. We did not want to build either.
So Anna doesn’t write into your shop software at all. She takes the request and emails your shop every call, and your front desk puts it on the schedule. It is the honest version of the product, and it happens to be the safer one.
